• Competition ends 14 September 2017.
• Winner will be selected by 15 September 2017 and contacted directly.
• Judge's decision is final and will not be disputed.
• The prize must be utilised by 15 December 2017, 3 months from the date of winner selection.
• The prize winner must provide the promoter with their preferred departure date no more than a month after accepting the prize.
• By confirming the booking, the winner and nominated guest accept Travelstart’s full terms and conditions of travel.
• Redemption of the prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded.
• The Winner and nominated guest are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including airport taxes, airport transfers, spending money, accommodation fees, visas, travel insurance, add-ons and all other incidentals.
• Flight bookings are subject to class availability and may not be upgraded.
• The routing may not be changed.
• The validity periods may not be extended.
• Winner and their travel partner need to fly together at all times.
• Winner and their guest use the prize at their own risk.
• You may not participate in or be eligible to win a competition if you have won a competition promoted by Travelstart within the past 12 months. You will be eligible to participate in a competition promoted by us after the expiry of 12 months after the date on which you won the last competition.
• Entrants must reside in Kenya.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them when entering. These rules are legal and binding upon entrants.
• Travelstart reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
• The winners will be notified by means of the contact details provided to us. If we are unable to contact a winner within seven working days of first notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and Travelstart reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same conditions.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
• By participating, you consent to Travelstart publishing any and/or all entrants’ photos and content submitted.
• Can enter more than once but there will only be one winner.
